The staff was welcoming, well dressed, maintained a positive attitude & very friendly.

I am writing this letter to express our sincere appreciation to Hotel Surya Palace, in particular, to Ms. Binafer of the sales department because she managed to persuade me to pull out from another hotel which would have been a wrong decision. I especially appreciate her quick and efficient response to our reservation requirement when she was off duty. She is very helpful and deserves a great praise for her excellent customer service. We were disappointed that we could not meet her on the occasion because she was unwell. We wish her speedy recovery.

Soups, snacks and food served were good, tasty and served as it should be. Bathrooms were clean, room temperature was well maintained, and the sound quality of music system was ok.

The staff treated my guests & me with respect. Monaz was very helpful in assisting us to make choices. I am thankful to Surya Palace for recommending Zuber for the decoration, who did a good job. It shows that quality people are associated with Surya Palace.
